This was the opportunity for the Composites Business Unit to reveal its latest technology advances in the design of composite materials for aerospace and new high-tech markets. During a conference on co-development and technology, the BU’s teams were able to highlight their engineering know-how and expertise to support customers and improve their performance. They presented co-development case studies, their recent R&D work on hybrid simulation and radio transparency, as well as innovative technology for knitting complex parts in 3D.
“Our commitment and our passion for innovation guide our digital transformation and enable us to fine-tune our tools for analysis and simulations. We develop them in the certainty that tomorrow they will be the sine qua non condition for entering high-performance markets. This week at the JEC was thus the opportunity to reaffirm this and invite our partners from the aerospace, telecom and marine markets to talk about their future projects”, explained Martin Torrez, Marketing strategist for the Aero, Films and Fabrics SBU.
On its side, Vetrotex has used this tradeshow event to strengthen its customer ties by offering them a convivial space, conducive to discussions. “As a partner of trust, the JEC is still a great occasion to share some privileged moments with our clients and pass on a few key messages”, said Jérôme Vezin, General Manager of Vetrotex.
