All SHEERGARD^® radome composites are independently tested to characterize their dielectric and physical properties.
Aperture projection methods are used to assess the impact of the radome envelope, seams and joints on the antenna’s near-field patterns. These field validated analysis techniques provide measurements that include transmission loss (dry and rain conditions), noise temperature, boresight error and side lobe effects.
